Fitting in 20 Minutes of Exercise EVERY day can be a challenge, but YOU can do it! The only thing actually keeping you from acheiving your goals is YOU! Can you give us more ideas of some simple (but effective) exercises to do at home for a quick workout? All I can usually remember to do is squats, lunges and crunches...any other ideas (or variations of those I just mentioned) would be much appreciated! Thanks!
